Cool NEW 2014 Godzilla Plush 15-inch Monster Toy

This new 2014 Godzilla plush toy from Toy Vault is a whopping 15-inches inches, weighing almost 2 pounds and pays homage to this King of the Monsters.

Godzilla’s name is a combination of two Japanese words meaning “whale” and “gorilla”. His bulky size in combination with an aquatic lifestyle represents the “whale” with his sheer strength and strategic thinking (when fighting other beasts) representing the “gorilla”.

Even though the characteristics in his appearance have changed over the years and between film releases, Godzilla still resembles a mixture of dinosaur species and in particular the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

You can’t help but admire the detail in this plush design regardless of the fact that Godzilla, King of the Monsters and “plush toy” seem to be a contradiction. Toy Vault has done a fine job of making this creature seem realistic without making him too scary for younger fans.

From the prehistoric looking, bumpy double row of dorsal plates on his back to the ominous looking toe claws and razor sharp teeth, this substantial plush is imposing and impressive.
